At the age of 18, Bonifacio, son of Carla Cipriani and Tinto Brass, embarked on his career at Locanda Cipriani under the guidance of his mother and following in the footsteps of his grandfather.
After notching up a few years' experience over the hot kitchen stoves he began waiting tables and gradually learned the demanding trade of the restaurateur - and how to cope with a world-famous name .
Today, Bonifacio (seen here with his wife Daniela) owns and manages Locanda Cipriani.
