Every self-respecting restaurant or hotel has a guest book in which visitors can leave a sentence or thought in memory of their time here. Our numerous political, entertainment and business guests have filled our albums with good memories. We have autographed photos that have been donated, as well as photos taken right here by, and with, us: we have so much to tell those who visit today. Over the years we have gathered numerous official thank you letters from important politicians and diplomats we have had as guests. When we browse through our records we consider that, besides being an important testimony of appreciation for our hospitality, often these letters are documents of inestimable historical value.
